When ever an end user (has no role) is trying to request an item for another user, after submitting the request he is getting an error in service portal saying "Request not found". But, if the user has ITIL then it is working fine. Can anyone help on

It shows there is no enough role to access the ticket after the submission.can you check the ticket is REQ or RITM?

Configure your ACL's in a way that req/ritm is accesible(read) for both requested for and opened by user.
