When I am trying to login my instance its redirector to sigh in page again its not showing my userid

I am unable to login my instance. its again again redirector to main page its not showing any login page could you please help me on this.

 i am getting same when i trying to sign in,

Hi @Prem96 ,

 

This usually comes when ur pdi goes into hibernation mode. Just login once with ur personal or whichever Id u created the PDI with ,it will give u an option to start ur pdi once it is woke up from hibernation.

 

Can u also let me know wht url u trying to open ur pdi.?

Hi @Prem96 ,

 

Then it will surely take u there. Do u remember ur pdi url?

If no please follow the steps mentioned in above post. 

Like login with the account from which u got ur pdi instance it can be ur Gmail account.

Once logged in it will automatically wake up ur instance if it was hibernating, if it's taken away u will get an option on top right corner beside ur profile to Request for a new instance

Hi @Prem96 ,

 

Seems to be a global issue. I tried as well for my PDI. It is returning to the same login page again. Other users are also facing the same issue. Let's wait for some time & check.Hope it gets resolved on its own.
