Hello @Community Alums
Greetings!
PDIs usually take three to five minutes to wake up and should not take any longer than 20 minutes.
If your PDI still does not wake up after trying again later, release the PDI and request a new PDI.
refer below doc:
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/guides/tokyo/now-platform/faq/pdi_faq
Please hit the thumb and Mark as correct based on Impact!!
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra.

Unfortunately, Yes. If PDI is inactivate for 10 days, then the PDI will be claimed back to Pool.
I suggest you to wait longer and try as there is no support for PDI.
In future, Take updateset xml backups of your work so that you wont loose the work.
Please hit the thumb and Mark as correcbaif helped!!
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra
