When I right-click on any form field, I don't get the correct menu

When I right-click on any form field, I don't get the correct menu that will allow me to show the Choice List, configure the labels, dictionary or styles, etc. Instead, I get a generic menu (see attached screens).

I have tried on different computers and different browsers, and I get the same wrong menu every time.

This can be due to following reasons:

1. User does not have admin access.

2. User is not clicking on label, you need to click on label of field instead of field.

3. If above are correct check the console (right click on form---> inspect), there sould be some error in console which need to be fixed.

I tried right-clicking on the field name rather than in the field itself and it worked!! Thank you!
