when I select a caller, the value appears as 'false'.

On the Incident table, when I select a caller, the value appears as 'false'. I've reviewed all possible causes, including client scripts, business rules, and dictionary configurations. I've also checked reference qualifiers, reference fields, and other related settings, but the issue persists. Can anyone help resolve this?

Please check the dictionary entry for the caller field:

Also, check which field in the User table has a value of "false," as this indicates that the field value is being pulled into the form.
