The issue:
This issue occurs when a single REQ is submitted with multiple RITMs.
If one of the RITMs is not approved, or is set to a state of 'Closed Incomplete', once all of the RITMs under the REQ have been completed, the REQ State and Stage are set to 'Closed Incomplete', and then that cascades to every RITM under the REQ.
This is not ideal because some of the RITMs have been completed successfully.
I think what would be ideal is that the REQ is still set to 'Closed Incomplete', but we don't want that to be cascaded down to every RITM under the REQ. That way, each individual RITM shows whether it was completed successfully.
I have filtered our Business Rules to review every Business Rule for the sc_request or sc_req_item table. It appears that several business rules were updated from OOB behavior, but I have not been able to find what is causing the REQ state and stage to be propagated down to all the RITMs. Any ideas?
