When some user sent email getting "received-ignored" status.

Spam Score is 6.865 and hence this is marked as recieved-ignore.
It should be less than 6.2 as per standards.

Hi,
Not a good practice. Many spam emails will be used to create ticket and prone to attach from other tools.
You have to ask the email sender to change this spam content. They can do it at there exchange.
