When some user sent email getting "received-ignored" status

When some user sent email getting "received-ignored" status.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Spam Score is 6.865 and hence this is marked as recieved-ignore.


It should be less than 6.2 as per standards.

Hi Sruthi,

 

Its because ServiceNow though have received mail it is not able to process as it could not find any inbound action condition that is satisfied.

Just check for inbound action you will to process when mail is received & ensure the filter conditions for the inbound is satisfied.

received-ignored emails never enters the system so "inbound action" do not act on them.

Hi,

This may be because the spam content is more in this coming email.

You can easily check this in header information of that email or body of that email.
