When we go to topics and open catalog item and when we click on Submit a Request button.

Hi, 

When we go to portal and in portal in topics we open catalog item and when we click on Submit a Request button it shows popular topics and we want to remove popular topics and we want to show all topics.

Can anyone please help me to do.

'Popular Topics' widget highlights the most popular topics on the Employee Center home page.

Please follow the steps below in order remove 'Popular Topics'

You need to navigate to Service Portal --> Widgets

Open the 'Popular Topics' widget and scroll down and click on 'Included in Pages' related list tab.

'Popular Topics' widget is included in 'Employee Center Homepage' (ec_dashboard) 

Open the ec_dashboard page and scroll down and click on 'Open in Page Editor' related links as shown below

Now, hover over the 'Popular Topics' widget and click on the trash can in order to remove it from Employee Center Homepage.

I have gone through above and found this popular topics and included pages. I have some questions on this. 

1. After implementing above will we be able to see all topics instead of popular topics. 

2. After implementing above how we can revert it back if client doesn't satisfy with above implementation.

• The steps that I provided will just remove 'Popular Topics' from Employee Center Homepage.
• You need to take clone of existing 'Popular Topics' widget and modify the scripts of the cloned widget in order to show all the topics.
• In order to revert the changes search 'Popular Topics' in the widgets tab present on the left top as shown below. Drag and drop this 'Popular Topics' widget on the right side above quick links widget.

• In your instance, 'Popular Topics' widget is included in three pages (ec_home, ec_dashboard, ec_pro_home).
• You need to perform same steps for all the pages wherever you want to remove 'Popular Topics' widget.
• Also, remember to change the application scope to 'Employee Center' in order to make any changes.
• I am aware of only this approach.
