Whenever I am clicking hr case number then it takes me too the related hr case on Portal

Hi All,

Whenever I am clicking hr case number HRC0004358 in case description then it takes me to the related hr case request on Portal page. Can anyone help me on this.

Hi @vijani

Where you click on case number , in notification's? If yes, then please check that email notification and I am sure it is OOTB , if you want to change the behaviour you need to update the oOTB notification only.
