Where can I edit the case creation page in agent workspace UI builder?

I need to edit these fields and I can't find where I can do this. I have checked all over UI builder without any luck. I need to add 3 more fields to this UI page.

Hello @Dario Idrovo1,

To edit the HR case creation page in workspace to add new fields, you need to use the UI Builder too...1. This application is a new re-factored workspace for HR agents that makes it more configurable and flexible for customers.

You can follow these steps to edit the HR case creation page:

  • Navigate to UI Builder > Pages and open the HR Case Creation page.
  • Click on the + icon on the top right corner to add a new component.
  • Select the type of component you want to add, such as a text field, a choice list, a date picker, etc.
  • Configure the properties of the component, such as the label, the variable name, the default value, the mandatory option, etc.
  • Drag and drop the component to the desired position on the page layout.
  • Save and publish the page.

My question was more around how can I access the page on the screenshot ABOVE, as I am unable to find it anywhere. Case creation has two steps, as you can see in my screenshot I am referring to Step 2 of 2, which I can't find. The case creation in UI builder only displays Step 1 of 2.

Apparently the normal case creation config page also updates the UI builder, this is not the case for Legacy workspace, hence my struggle.
