Hello,
I just created a Madrid developer instance where I have an admin account. I want to configure an OpenFrame configuration.
According to the documentation you should: “1. Navigate to System Properties > OpenFrame to display the OpenFrame Configurations list.” However, under the heading System Properties there is no OpenFrame to be found. Neither when I search for it.
So, where can I find the OpenFrame Configurations list at a Madrid developer instance?
Thank you very much!
Mike

Hi Mike,
You need to activate the plugin in case it is already not activated in your instance. Replace the below link with YOURINSTANCENAME and click on activate link to activate the plugin.
https://YOURINSTANCENAME.service-now.com/v_plugin.do?sys_id=com.sn_openframe
