Where does 'Order Confirmation Popup' in Self Service Portal resides?

Hi Community,  Can someone help me find the "Order Confirmation" pop up? It pops up when you order from the Self Service portal. It has 'Requested for', 'Delivery instructions' and 'Special Instructions' fields. I need to add some customized fields to it, but I can't find which application/module it is in. See picture of it. Thanks!

                       The Order Confirmation dialog is configured in Catalog Checkout (sc-checkout) widget.
