where exactly external_logout_complete.do resides ?

I came across multiple community articles, saying that external_logout_complete.do is an OOB page, is there a way for us to access or see the code?

Hello,

It's currently hardcoded. You can create a new UI Page named external_logout_complete to override it if you like.
