I've received an ask to "Change" the filter selections on the ESC Support Resources page to update the Articles option label to something more specific/generic. Like FAQ's, Need to Know.....
Apparently our user base figures that "Articles" refer to IT specific documents and not Self Help.
I'm having difficulty figuring out where this resides.
I don't see a Support Resource page or widget.
Nor is there anything in the taxonomy areas.
Can this even be done?

Hi @EricG2 ,
The content on Topic pages is displayed using the "Topic Content" widget.
If you want to rename the filter from Article -> FAQ, or change it to any other label, you would need to clone the widget, make the required changes, and then add the customized widget to the page.
However, I would not recommend making this change just to rename the filter. Customizing the widget would introduce additional technical debt and could prevent you from benefiting from future updates and enhancements to the OOB widget or page.
Instead, it would be better to inform or train users on the purpose of this feature and how it should be used.
If my response answered your query, please mark my response as correct/helpful.
Thanks
Anand

Thanks for pointing me to the right pages.
My teams intent is to keep everything OOB. however, as everyone knows, when the Senior Exec's say something, we all ask "How High". LOL.
