Where i can find this sn_awa script?

Hi All,

       In scheduled Job "AWA - Set Inactive Agents Offline" i can see the run script "sn_awa.AgentPresenceManager.setInactiveAgentsOffline();".Can any one tell where i could find this sn_awa.AgentPresenceManager.setInactiveAgentsOffline() script ?

Hi,

It seems it's a script which comes from platform level and we won't have access to that script as an admin.

Hi you can look in script includes , incase if you cant find then we dont have access for those scripts since those are protected by Servicenow
