I think this will be there in default properties of MS team integration, try to check in ServiceNow properties list.

Hello @nameisnani ,

Yes, That is actually a Dynamic greetings topic, you can easily find that virtual agent designer and open that topic and in the activity named as "Greeting" there you can modify the content as per you're need, either with the script or normal way.

You can refer to the below image as well to see how we have modified that content.
