Company access request is not processed in now learning

I have requested company access in now learning, it says unable to process request, It has not sent any email to training admins, so they are also not able to take any actions. When I cancel existing request it redirects me to nowlearning home page, and when I try to create new request it throws error you have already raised request for the same account.
Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this.
I am trying to get company access to proceed with training and certifications.

Hi @Community Alums,
You will need to create a case with NowLearning Support.
You can also ask the Training Admin at your company to add you manually, so you can proceed.

Hello Peter, I have already raised a case. It's been a week, no resolution yet. But I will check with nowlearning admin from our company to add me manually.
