Where is can get Application Development Fundamental Lab Files ? AppDevLabFiles.zip

I m new to Service Now and learning application development. For completing my Labs (Loaner Request Application) the CAD document tells me to download files from Knowledge articles or use Syntax Editor Macros.

I could not find any article related to Loaner request in my developer instance . Do we need to download it from Store? I also tried to use Syntax Editor Macros but its not working.

You can find them in the developer instance provided by them during your training session.
