Where is the Legal External Storage Core flow?

In the documentation  for 'Workflows in Legal Service Delivery' it mentions "The Legal External Storage Core flow for storing documents in external storage systems is installed with Legal Request Management" but I do not have this flow in Process Automation:

I need to have files automatically updated to Google Drive, and I have the spoke installed and see the Google Drive subflow, but the documentation makes it seem like OOB should handle this with the existing flow. Also, there is the Legal Integrations table that I am assuming would use this flow to automatically upload files. 
pls help

I don't have it installed, but you mention 'Workflows in....' Did you check to see if this is still running on an old, legacy workflow?
