Don't know if this is the right place to ask this question as the new community site's re-organization doesn't seem intuitive at all for quickly being able to jump in and ask a question, but i digress:
I recall seeing a "Merge CI" button (UI action) on a CI form but now am unable to find it, at least for the CI's i want to perform the action on. I tried searching DOCS and so far haven't even found mention of the function (also frustrating).
attached screenshot is from another community post , i'm still finding the button in the UI Action list as active, it does have a condition of "current.unverified == true" would that be why i'm not seeing the button and what step do i take to get it to show as i have a couple CI's that are logically dupes but the platform isn't seeing them as dupes and i need to get the relationships merged over to the desired CI.
