Where is the message from changing update set populated?

Hello experts,
Does anyone of you have any idea where does this message come from when update set selected is changed:

Is it an addInfomessage?
If it isn't, is it possible to make a custom one similar to that one? How?

Navigate to  sys_ui_macro.LIST
Filter with Name: ui_update_set_picker
It's on line 53.

Okay.... I think Nijmuddin pointed from where it is coming from.., just to provide this information so it can be helpful next time...

You can search any info message from the studio application to know where it is coming from..

Navigate to System Applications > Studio

Click the Open Studio tab

Select an application

Click the Code search button in the upper right corner

Enter a search term

Select whether to search in all applications or select a table to search from

Click Search
