Looks like a paid plugin, if you are using paid instance request this through HI instance. mark my answer as correct if that helps.

Did you get chance to see my update.? As I said in my last reply it's a paid plugin and since you are using PDI you cannot get all, mark my answer as correct if that helps.

are you in your PDI? If so you can activate the IntegrationHub packages on developer.servicenow.com

To be sure to get everything (including your mentioned plugin) you should use
