Where is the SLA timeline?

Where is the SLA timeline? The documentation page just mention it exists but I can't seem to find it as admin in my instance: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-it-service-management/page/product/service-level-man...

 

What do I search for in the navigator in order to find it?

Please check SLA Plugins are enabled in your instance.
