Where to deactivate SLA? I need to deactivate it on our Work Order module. Appreciate your help. Thank you.

Search SLA Definition on Left Hand Nav and inactivate SLA on work order table.

Click on SLA Definitions. From the list of SLA find your SLA and unchecked active checkbox.
