Where to find the Software Licenses listed under Available rights on Source Request page?

Hi,

Where can I find the Software Licenses listed under Available rights on Source Request page highlighted in the image?

I cannot find where these 34 licenses are stored.

Can anyone please help me?

Are you using Software Asset Management Professional (SAMP) or just the OOTB Asset Management that comes with an ITSM/CSM subscription? 

If SAMP I would expect this to be the balance of Software Entitlements minus Software Allocations. Take a look at the License Workbench, then pick the app, and you should see

  • Rights owned
  • Rights used
  • Rights available

If OOTB Asset Management (so no Software Entitlement or Software Allocation tables present) then look inside a License Asset and there will be either Device Entitlements or User Entitlements. The Available rights calculation should simply be the number of licences in the Licence asset minus Device/User Entitlements.
