Whether Predictive Intelligence can be used on portal side?

Hi,

I am new to Predictive Intelligence even I don't know how it will work on portal side and any guidance, Steps, Links and Videos will be useful. Also please clarify below questions. 

1.Whether Predictive Intelligence can be used on portal side?

2. If yes, How it will be useful and what are all advantages of it.

3.Is it necessary to have Active 30000+ records on ESC portal so that Predictive Intelligence can be useful.

Can you please put a filter condition in this solution definition to include only those records for training where short description and service offering is not empty. It might be possible that the data being fed as an input is the culprit here.

Hi @mania 

It is evident from the screenshot that you don't have a set of records where short description and service offering, both are not empty. This kind of data is not suitable for training a good solution. Can you try making a tweak here like instead of setting the output field as Service offering, can we try to fetch assignment group and adjust the filter condition like short description and assignment group is not empty ?

Please give this a try to check at least if the model training is working as expected or not on your instance.

We tried that assignment group as well but it showing the same 'No records' 

So can you please is there any alternative solution please provide us.

Hi @mania 

Can you please try to remove one of the filter condition "Assignment Group is not empty" and retry training this solution ? Please note that Predictive Intelligence is all about the data and that too the right and diverse data.
