Hello All,
In the Application Picker from my development instance, I see 'Application Scope:', 'Update Set:', and 'Crypto Module:'. Does this mean that any changes I capture in my custom update set are also related to the Crypto module? Specifically, I have a custom update set that includes business rules, dictionary entries, UI actions, and notifications related to SPM module. Will migrating my update set to the test instance be affected because the Crypto module is also selected in the picker, and there’s no option to set it to None? Also is there any action we should take before moving the update set to Test Instance (change crypto module selection in Test)
Also I have one more question what happens when along with 'Application Scope:' & 'Update Set:', 'Crypto Module:' is also selected in Application Picker.

Hello @Tejal Patil1
The crypto module encryption applies when entering data.
This is not applicable for script records or other components.
Please mark the answer as helpful and correct if helped.
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra

Hello @Ravi Chandra_K
Thanks for the response
Just want to confirm once that Irrespective of crypto module selection in application picker, the update set migration will not be affected right?
You said this applies only when entering the data. If possible could you please tell me for what kind of data it applies to.
