Which is the table where the approved requests are found?

When I generate a business application request I can see it in the following table:
[business_app_request]
but when I approve it and try to search for it, it doesn't appear in "closed requests"

Where can I find the tracking of these requests or the corresponding filter that determines the requests displayed?

Generally speaking, the approvals themselves are created on the sysapproval_approver table. 

Try checking there for records related to your business_app_request records.
