Which plugin support in utah version for servicenow integraion hub with Azure.?

Hi everyone ,

I am little confuse that my Utah Version no suppor these plugin for free then how will be possible for to get this to integrate with azure with flow desigen.plugin in servicenowconnection in flow

If you checking this on PDI, better to upgrade, you will get more enhanced version and plugins.
