Hi ,

 

Which role need to to access issue Triage(Report an Issue) in GRC from Service portal for an employee or business user. Below highlighted user role ?

Hi @Arun_Manoj ,

 

You must download the GRC: Advanced Core application before you can use the Issue Triage featuring within Policy and Compliance Management

 

The role needed to access issue triage is :  sn_grc.business_user.
