which role is required to have the access to assign the Incident to other group

which role is required to have the access to assign the Incident to other group even if the user is not part of the support group.please help on this

OOTB there is no restriction to view/ work any other group incident. The minimum role required is the sn_incident_write role

The one who is not part of assignment group , he/she (who is not part of assignment group ) needs to edit the incident .

which role is required apart from sn_incident_write

i was tried with sn_incident_write it is not working

sn_incident_write is basic one, if still not working please check the ACL on Incident table.
