which table contains SLA ?

on contract_sla or task_sla table

and where we can define OLA and UC?

on contract_sla or task_sla table

Hi Deepali,



Let me clear your idea on this.


  • SLA Definition ('contract_sla') is the table where you can create/modify any SLA as per your requirement. So this is the table if you try to create any OLA or UC.
  • Task SLA ('task_sla') is the table where you can find the task records against which SLA is been attached. That means, if you create an Incident and that satisfy a SLA start condition (defined in the SLA Defination table) then the SLA will get attached with the Incident. Once it gets attached, you can fond that in the Task SLA table.

Hi Deepali,



contract_sla is the table for sla definitions.



task_sla is the table for sla.



You can define all your sla in sla defnitions.



There is a module called "SLA Definitions"
