While Opening the Groups Related List it is showing can't display the List

Hi All,

I have added a new User List in "ServiceOperationsWorkspace", if i check user form i'm able to access it but where as i'm unable to Access the Groups list it is throwing the below error:

Can anybody please help me on this issue.

the user doesn't have table level READ Access on sys_user_group table.

Ensure you give correct role to that user.

This error won't come for admin user.
