Why an image in email template is not visible for all users?

I have created an email template with my company logo on top,the image/Logo is included as an attachmnet.But only admin users are able to see the image.How can i make sure itil users can also see the image.Please help..

Hi Sooryamohan,

1. Check if Include Attachment field is true on your notification form.

2. Refer Image not showing up in email notification

3. Attachments are not visible to users who do not have admin

The issue is i need to open this mail from activity log of the ticket.Actually the attached log is available in the notification for the  support users.But if the support users open the mail from activity log,it is missing there.In original mail it is there.

i have made a read ACL for sysevent_email_template table based on the role and it's working as expected
