Why Base agent workspace is not available in some instances?

Hi,

I've been working with the Now Experiences from couple of days. While working I do see Base agent workspace in some instances only.

Simply, I've two instances, one in Quebec and another one in Rome. I can see Base agent workspace in Rome instance but I cant find that in Quebec one. But in Servicenow docs I do see the Base agent workspace content for Quebec versions also. Which means its available for Quebec versions too. Why I'm not seeing that in my instance then?

Also, my company instances are also in Rome, since I can see Base agent workspace in my Rome PDI I should also see that in company instance right?. But I couldn't find that in my company instances. Why?

I would check the com.agent_workspace plugin to see if it's active in those instances. Generally when something isn't on an instance it's because a plugin needs to be activated or a store app needs to be installed. The reason this can look different on different instances usually has to do with when the instance is created. If you get issued a new instance it generally has a bunch of plugins turned on by default. However, if you upgrade an existing instance those new plugins be off by default until you turn them on so they don't affect any of your existing functionality.

I do see the plugin com.agent_workspace in my instances and it is active too. Additionally I see the plugin com.snc.uib.base_agent_workspace in the list which is active in all my instances.

I am not able to view agent workspace in PDI even after installing agent workspace
