In Developer site, check in 'Activate Plugin' section if you don't find then plugin must be paid and not available for PDIs

HI @ChenFeng ,

sn_now_teams_it is not available for PDI.

You can only access it if you have customer instance where you will need have a subscription for sn_now_teams_it and finally you can get it from Servicenow Store.
