Why customer still can see Work note of incident table on Service Portal

We have create incident form in Service Portal.

When customer created ticket, Admin will be handle ticket.

However, when admin write work note and post, Customer still can see this work note.

In addition, customer only role sn_incident_read.

Hi @Le Son

 

Have you check the ACLs for that table? there are problem a read ACL that allows users the read the work notes.

After upgrading my instance one of the read ACL for work notes had been changed to allow read only if user is logged in.

Yes, Users have sn_incident_read role have see work note. I checked ACL and inactive it
