Why do I have different options with hamburger menu from when I am in a form or at a list?

I am brand new to SN as is my company and I can't figure out why I am seeing different menu options between environments. In my Prod environment I have a lot more options on a list view then in my test environment. In the test environment I see all the options in the form view but not in the list view. I see all the options in form and list views in my prod environment. I looked at roles and can't seem to see a difference.

Hi,

 

In the list view->Right click on the number field or any field to get the additional options. Did you follow the same steps? Also, this is assuming that you are logged in as admin.

The options that are available may be different depending on permissions or access control lists (ACLs) but in most cases it's different because what applies to a single record like an incident does not necessarily apply to all records like a list of incidents.

Additionally some options are not allowed for the record list because if you were to accidentally select them it would cause chaos such as selecting all records and choosing "Copy Incident"

It might be your "View"

See on the left picture where it says "Self Service View"? Try clicking it and selecting "Default View" and try again.
