why i am not able to see sc_req_item table in flow designer

Yes, it's expected. You cannot select "sc_req_item" table in the trigger condition.
Instead, you have to select "Service Catalog" trigger.

Hi @PriyankaG633473 , As per my understanding you are not able to see the sc_req_item table in flow designer's trigger, in this case you'll have to add "service catalog" as trigger OR in case you want to get the table in the any action condition of flow designer, you can drag it and drop to the condition of an action from right pane of the flow designer tab.
