Why I cant edit this property and what can I do in order to be able to edit

@Alon Grod Your user need to have the maint role to be able to edit sn_appclient.app.install.offline property. Please refer to the support article for more information https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0812246
