Why Im not getting the Incident Number in email notification

Hi,

I have a schedule job that suppose to send an email using event registry when some condition is met. The problem is that the email is being send but Im not getting the Incident Number in the subject. What am I doing wrong?

Hi.,

On your line no 11 add 2nd parameter as gr, you have added current.

Replace current by gr (glide record variable)
