Why is the Amazon S3 spoke receiving access denied response

I need to send a file to AWS S3 from ServiceNow on a weekly schedule.

I am trying to use the "Upload ServiceNow Attachment To S3" action which is under the "Amazon S3" spoke. However, none of the buckets are showing.

The credentials attached to the "Amazon S3" alias are correct according to our vendor. The "Access Key ID" and "Secret Access Key" are valid / accurate.

However, when I use the "List Buckets" action under the "Amazon S3" spoke I am receiving an access denied response.

So I created my own AWS test account and created a few test buckets. Using the AWS Access Key ID and AWS Secret Access Key I generated from my test account. I was able to load the buckets I created from my AWS test account into ServiceNow.

What would cause me to received an access denied response if the credentials are correct?

Is there something I am missing?
