why mid servers are down ?

Hi All,

we have 2r5+ mid servers and out of them 4 servers are showing status as DOWN and the last refreshed is whowing as 2021

and 2 servers with status as "Upgrade Failed" and when i open it is having 2 mid servers issues

1)32 bit mid servers are not supported

2)Aborting mid server upgrade due to pre upgrade check failure:signature verification failed.error while reading the data

How to make all the servers as UP ?

Please provide your inputs.

seems compatibility issue of 32/64bit.

Check the ServiceNow docs for troubleshooting the mid servers
