Why parent field on sc_request table is not populated with the current incident

Hi,
I have the OOB UI Action 'Create Request' on the incident table. When I click on it im being redirect to sc_cat_item table in order to create new request. After I submit the request the 'parent' field is not getting populated with current INCIDENT that I created the request from. How can I adjust the OOB UI action so that it will get populated with the relevant INCIDENT? Using Service Operation Workspace

Hi there! in my case, I did not have the is visible checkbox selected for any field... so it was easy to fix, short after I submitted my question...

@Ana39 Thank you for your quick response. Can you please share the screenshot of the field which you have made changes?. I am in a similar situation and am trying to fix it

Hi @Community Alums I remember that i changed this display to checked, as the picture below
you may have only one of them in true for each table, that is the one that will display in the result istead of the sys ID
