Why Request is not visible under HR case once enable Next Experience UI.

Why Request is not visible under HR case? It is showing blank row and showing i (info) about the record but not showing field data.

I have enable Next Experience UI framework on instance. I'm not facing this issue in UI 16 framework and previous framework only having this issue in Next Experience UI. 

 

I have attached the screenshot of HR case and highlighted the entire row with yellow color.

Feels like an ACL issue: you can see the table, but not the fields. What happens if you open it from the 'i'?

Once click on i button It is opening the request record.

One more thing I want to highlight here this record is visible in all UI (UI 16 and Next Experience framework) for some user but only in next experience for some user it is not showing.

Yes Mark there was Read ACL written on request table.
