Why the installed plugin isn't showing in application picker?

I have enabled the universal request plugin to create universal tickets. And, i enabled another plugin ( Universal Request: Advanced Work Assignment ) which will install universal request application in instance.

But, here the thing is the plugin is enabled/installed and not showing in application picker. How can resolve the issue. I need it in the application picker.

Hi

please explain first WHY you need it in the application picker.

To enable universal request ,  i need to edit universal request properties which is in universal request application. I need to select it from application picker to made some changes as i required

Hi there,

Have you performed a cache.do for example?

Also note that not every plugin will have a separate application scope which you can select.

All plugins are not shown in application picker. if you install any scoped application then those application will be visible in Application picker.
