I have enabled the universal request plugin to create universal tickets. And, i enabled another plugin ( Universal Request: Advanced Work Assignment ) which will install universal request application in instance.

But, here the thing is the plugin is enabled/installed and not showing in application picker. How can resolve the issue. I need it in the application picker.

Hi Shiva,

Universal Requests won't show in the application Scope as it doesn't have a Dedicated scope !!

I have Universal Requests , it doesn't show the application in the application picker whereas it does show for "Universal Request: Reporting ", see below :

Hello @Sandeep Dutta

If you installed only the " universal request " plugin then onlt it shows "universal request: Reporting" as you said. But, if you installed ( Universal Request: Advanced Work Assignment ) this plugin then it will enable universal request. And, also universal request will appear in application picker.

But in my case it's not working in production instance. I enable both the mentioned plugins but the universal request is not showing in application picker.

Hi Shiva,

NO!! it won't show "universal request" anyway.

Even if you have installed "Universal Request: Advanced Work Assignment" plugin, then it will show "Universal Request: Advanced Work Assignment" in the application picker but not Universal Request.
