I configured the knowledge base form to include the Languages field. placed it right under Application. But it is invisible in the existing knowledge base. When I saved it, it appeared briefly and remains invisible when it is saved. Can you show me step by step how to make it visible?

Can you add Knowledge Management Advanced Installer plugin? I believe that is required to enable the field. Sorry for late response, my previous response somehow didn't get posted on this chain.

Hi @Jennifer Gorkow,
For me the issue was 'glide.knowman.versioning.enabled' was set to false and this was affecting the display. There is a BR that checks if this and another property 'glide.knowman.translation.enable_translation_task' is enabled or not.
Regards,
Ehab

I have added both knowledge management advanced and internationalization plugin. translation task property is also set to true.
Tried all the suggestions like adding language through form designer, form builder and form layout but still the language field is not appearing in my knowledge base.
