widget not showing all Pending action items

Hi Team,

I noticed an issue with the Pending Actions – Tasks to be completed by others widget. Currently, it shows the following two items for CIR0*****2:

• Application Security Production Readiness Checklist
• Data Protection Production Readiness Checklist

However, the third item — Privacy Production Readiness Checklist for CIT****123 — is still pending but does not appear in the widget.

Could you please help me understand why this checklist is missing and how to get it displayed in the widget?
