widget not showing all Pending action items

Hi Team,
I noticed an issue with the Pending Actions – Tasks to be completed by others widget. Currently, it shows the following two items
- Production Readiness Checklist 1
- Readiness Checklist 2
However, the third item — Production Readiness 3 — is still pending but does not appear in the widget.
Could you please help me understand why this checklist is missing and how to get it displayed in the widget?
